We specializing in manufacturing and developing anti-counterfeit wine closures. Our closures have features in anti-counterfeit and leakproofness. They could be disposable , non-refillable and non-pullout, which insist of 3 types, such as ripping ,twist-off and push-out. And they are mainly made of LDPE, HDPE, PP, ABS, K-Resin ,PC and so on. End with Oct.2008, we manufactured and developed about 60 kinds of anti-counterfeit closures and has 40 unreleased designs and 35 patents. The annual production capacity of anti-counterfeit closure is 2 billion. It introduced about 300 advanced equipments of manufacturing, detection and specialization which includs DEMAG extruders, MOSS high-speed side printer, OE cap lines ,Guala closure production lines and Husky injection system from Germany, Italy, Switzerland and Canada. And we collected with UG, CATIA, Power mill, Cimation, Dynaform and other CAD/CAM/CAE Image Workshop so that could ensure steadily cap production of Wuliangye, Liangjiu and other wine distilleries.
